  So the buying process was really smooth and shipping was quick. The only problem was it was damaged in shipping. The packaging it came in was very well put together and secure. Sadly it was still damaged but the seller was very quick to offer a return and helped me out very much. The product was of great value and as described except for the shipping damage lol. Highly recommend!

  Shipping was quick, laptop was secured well in bubble wrap and packing paper in the box. Everything was intact and the specifications were as stated in the product description. Wonderful communication from the seller when I had questions. Absolutely wonderful value for the laptop.

  Shipped and arrived pretty quickly. Was packaged decently and the card looked fine, but I would have liked to see a little more packing material to fill the box. Card installed without issue and runs great. The thermals are good and the fans are in great condition and very quiet. Very happy with the transaction. A great price and item just as described.

  I expressed my need for the controller by christmas and he shipped it so fast it came 2 days early… I didn’t hardly expect such a great experience. Also replying to my question about it within the same day with a helpful answer was another positive. If i’m going to nitpick, the box was quite tattered but that’s to be expected coming off the shelf sort of… anyway, this guy is great

  Got shipped to the wrong address and seller helped me through the whole process and offered me a 5 dollar discount after item came a little bit damaged, the damage wasn’t his fault and he still went out of his way to do that, amazing work will be buying again!!

  Item arrived in good time and in good condition. The laptop was wrapped in layers of bubble wrap and faired well. The item was used, as described and is functioning properly. It was good deal and they responded to a question I had. Thanks!
