  Great seller, great quality, and best customer service. They worked of photos I sent, designed exactly what was needed, sent a final design that I signed off on, when when it was delivered it was exactly as spec'd. And too top it off they sent via Fedex and paid the crazy Trump tariff. One can not go wrong ordering from this company. I had a quote from a local company in Florida for exactly the same and it was 10x higher.

  The item is new and in good packaging. The only note I have is the shipping options. I'm from Qatar and the item is in Chine. I ask the seller to ship to Qatar but he refused. Then I asked him to ship it to my Post address in China again he refused. He said that he will ship to USA. This decision make the item's trip very long. At the end I got my item after long time and extra shipping charge

  Quality is top notch. Condition new as expected. Value is good. CNC work is not cheap. Appearance is great. I can't say enough for the seller. Almost a dozen emails back and forth answering questions and finalizing details for design. I'm picky and this item is perfect. Seller even called from China. Tarrifs as of 8/5/25 were covered. Seller even upgraded Fed Ex shipping to about 4-5 days for free. I highly recommend this seller and item.

  Item was as presented by WIN-WIN: a Samsung OEM 20 bluetooth Ultra S pen in original retail packaging with spare tips and tip removal tool, items which some other vendors do include. They do wear in time. It was received on time if not a bit early. I had questions up front and after receipt. They always responded within 2hrs. I highly recommend this vendor and will use them again as I own two Note devices. Tips will wear and sadly the pens can break where the top and bottom join after a time.
