  Guitar tuner buttons appear good quality but do not match photo. Photo shows a warm off-white or milk-white, with description that the white matches most guitars. Product received is a very stark white which does not match warm photo or my white guitar trim. Seller responded that the product description mentioned photo color was not exact, and that milk white would have been described as “ivory”. No return/exchange offer after two communication rounds.

  The product I received was well packaged and was delivered in a timely manner. The product is new as advertised and the shipping was free. The only problem I have is that it is smaller than I anticipated. The picture makes it look like it is a standard sized vfo knob. It isn't. I still found a use for the knob. I am frustrated that it was smaller than I expected. I am not sure it was worth the price I paid.
