    Great Seller, received Router 2 days early, Tried it multiple times thru Xfinity, they said the Wifi Radios were defective. I emailed the seller & got a prompt response that they were refunding my purchase price immediately, and when I asked about the return procedure they advised me they didn't need to return the item. Can't say enough about the service and professionalism of Windy City Goods in this matter. Can't recommend them enough for anyone. I had nothing but a great experience.

    I was extremely impressed with this company and the Sales Department and Mr. Anthony and there complete team that made this Sale of the Sony XBR 100 Z9D a truly awesome and one of a kind Sale or Purchase. Mr. Anthony stayed in constant communication at all times during ever phase of this process from original Purchase on eBay to final Delivery and making any and all adjustments to ensure that me as the Customer was first and Satisfied with the Complete Sale and Service of these Sony TV's Thanks

    The shipping was fast. However, this item is in white on the listing, but the modem I received is in black. The modem was mailed in its original box with no wrapping or protection. So far, it has been working.

    Easy transaction! I thought the notebook I was purchasing was Windows 11 ------ this is a Windows 10 notebook that had to be "updated" to Windows 11------ from the product description, I didn't know this as I thought I was purchasing a Windows 11 notebook! The notebook came well packaged and seems to be fine. Thanks!

    Awesome service and great attention to detail in your packaging. Thank you again, I also having some concerns with time frame of transporting of goods and services. Please understand that i will always support USPS and small the business that’s help you in transportation of your goods. At least for me it’s just seems that shipments are taking much longer to get to their destinations.
