  'New jacket' arrived with undone and frayed lining. Returned for refund, still waiting, finally said next week, after repeated emails, POOR communication, wouldn't supply return label, I paid return post after seller agreed to pay postage return cost on receiving jacket back, hasn't happened, I returned jacket promptly, not reimbursed nearly a week later, won't confirm refund amount will include return postage, Wasted 2 hours of my time so far, AVOID THIS SELLER.

  I told her that she was getting refund which she got the same day as she left this negative feedback. She was messaging every 5 mins. I replied to which was reasonable. I don't believe the jacket was torn when I sent it. Bu I was happy to give a refund anyhow.
