    The delivery was fast, excellent service. Thank you. The parts were just what I needed to replace the worn ones on my Dyson. I had a problem with fitting the red one but once I had messaged duraspares they told me where I was going wrong and how to fit it correctly. Thank you once again for an excellent product and service. I will certainly use this supplier again for any spares needed

    The original part I received was incorrect, I contacted the seller and was sent a replacement very quickly. It is refreshing to deal with such a professional firm whose customer service is excellent Many thanks to Craig and the team at Willms Appliance Spares.
