  The figures I ordered are used, but like brand new! The boxes are perfect, and seller double bubble-wrapped the items. The figures as a set are a great value for the price. The figures are as described and pretty much perfect. Shipping time was MUCH shorter than I anticipated, even from Japan all the way to Texas! Thank you, amazing seller!! どうもありがとうございました（人´∀`*）

  9/10 shipment; the only issue I had was how long it took for the card to come in. Took me 12 days to get the card all the way to nyc but it’s shipped from japan. There’s nothing you can do about it. Card came in secure with a top loaded and taped. No cardboard was used to secure inside the package but packaged was secured enough with no damage to the card itself. I would recommend buying cards from the seller 10/10 communication and price is reasonable.

  Ordered an item from this seller in Japan, but unfortunately, the wrong product was sent by mistake. However, the way they handled the situation was truly exceptional. Instead of asking me to return the incorrect item, they generously let me keep it and issued a full refund right away. Mistakes can happen, but it’s rare to see a seller take full responsibility with such kindness and professionalism. I’m very impressed by their integrity and customer care. I would absolutely buy from them again
