  I have not received a refund or any information on getting one the sender has stopped contact haven't received anything since the other night as I had ordered a roof rack that was up saying in stock but id have to wait till august before i see stock again so I said I would like a refund as I wasn't waiting around for him to send a second one ad I did not hear anything back so I ordered a new one and asked for a refund and still have not heard back disappointed as I seen all these good reviews

  the item was described at purchase as in stock, for delivery in few days. But once ordered, was on back order. within a day or so, I was given an Australia Post tracking number that was false. I have contacted the Supplier and advised I agree to wait until mid August for his backorder delivery to decide if I want a refund Linbo
