    Fast mailing by the seller. However, the nutcracker never arrived. We were able to tell by the tracking history that after the package arrived at the sorting hub for our area it was miss sent & it was this wrong PO failed to send it on. After contacting the seller, an inquiry was made to find the box. Nothing has ever been received from the PO. This seller could not have done anything more to help to rectify the situation & very swiftly refunded my money. Would buy from this seller again.
