  Shipping was as expected. The part I ordered was as seen in the pictures, almost new, no damages during shipping either because of the packaging. Great value.   It was my first time buying a motor online and I contacted them via Email for questions. Dan Lewis helped me with the purchase and made the transaction easy and smooth. His responses were very quick! My motor that I purchased from them came packaged securely and didn't have any major damages besides that valve cover having a small hairline crack but it's nothing major.
