The router arrived already configured for someone else's network. They never wiped the configurations on the device. The packing was alright, shipped in a paper mailer bag and the device was covered in thick bubble wrap, plastic wrap, and packing tape. I might shop with this seller again if there is a good price but I'm not wowed by their quality.
