However, according to the tracking information the product was never given to the shipping company (please see the attached screenshot). Accordingly, there has been no tracking information at all in the past 3+ weeks. I messaged the seller twice (here using the EBay 'contact seller' function) to ask what is happening and receive no responses at all.
