  I received the item in original packaging, with instructions, labels and protective film intact, with no marks or blemishes, and all the accessories appear to be in original unopened bags. Either this was never used, or someone took incredibly good care of it. It was packed well for shipping, shipped out promptly, and now that I've set it up it is working flawlessly. Great seller, I couldn't be happier.

  The NAS arrived in great condition. However, this was not an "Open Box" item. It's Certified Refurbished which I am fine with, but it was not advertised that way. Tested the NAS, and it works great. Looks great, too. Fantastic deal! Received a partial refund for the misrepresentation in the listing.
