  Although we had a little shipping issue the seller was very responsive, they replied the same day I sent them a message, and apologized for any inconvenience and asked if I would like them to send the item again or give me a refund. Now that is customer service, communicated and offered me options and then followed thru immediately. I would recommend this seller to anyone. That kind of service is hard to find these days, especially online.

  Very good seller. Post office either lost or mis delivered these earrings , and the seller was good enough to reach out if I had received the earrings. I hadn't, but forgot about the purchase since it was an overseas purchase &made in March . They promptly refunded the money, and wrote GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE TEXTS. Will buy from again A+

  I bought five items total. It's so unfair that both seller and buyer only get one feedback credit on an order of multiple items. Awesome seller, beautiful rings, and fast shipping. Wonderful communication as well. Before I even bought anything this seller was on top of returning questions I had. That's why I went ahead and bought multiple items, because you can tell when a seller is for real and this one is.
