  my understanding of "mint" condition is that not only is the figure new, but the card and packaging are in at least near perfect condition. the packaging on this item is in nowhere near "mint" condition, though the seller described it as such. To make it worse, the seller crammed the figure into a too-small box and bent the packaging even worse. The figure is as shown, and I'm satisfied with my purchase, but the packaging was disappointing.
