    The device (RadEye SPRD-GN) was shipped immediately. The delivery to Germany via eBay Global Shipping Program was okay. All the Import duties and customs fees were paid in advance. Furthermore, I did not have to pay anything extra afterwards. The device is exactly as it was described by the seller. Nothing was missing. The photos accurately depicted the product and all the accessories. All in all everything went smoothly and I can highly recommend this seller.

    Item was excellent value for money, supplied in mint condition exactly as described, and all working perfectly. Only minor issue was a slight delivery delay but that was the fault of the courier/shipping company, not the seller. Would highly recommend this seller! Thank you.

    Absolutely great service the only sticking point was the Royal Mail but totally out of the control of James. Great communication and he went the extra mile to chase up the post office in person. Thanks for your help
