    Sent back both duffles in the one box, packaged exactly as the seller had sent them; but was only issued a refund for ONE bag. Contacted seller multiple times and was ignored. Had to call and speak to an eBay rep in order to resolve the issue. Initially intended to exchange bags for a smaller size. But due to total lack of communication and refund from seller, changed my mind and purchased alternative duffles elsewhere. Merch was fine, but would not purchase from seller again due to poor coms.

    Duffles arrived as scheduled and boxed and wrapped very securely. Product appears to be of high quality and excellent condition. Looks like they should stand up to rigors of fishing trips in the near future. Very pleased with my purchase and pleasant response of this seller.
