  I received the wrong item and the seller contacted me and notified me that he sent the wrong item. The wrong item was a DVD player but I had ordered a Sony HC65 camcorder. I immediately returned the DVD player and received my Sony Camcorder in a bag with all the necessary cables. The Sony camcorder arrived on time and was in excellent condition. I'm very happy with my purchase.

  Product was packaged very securely and safely, and arrived like brand new! While a bit expensive, it makes sense as a collector's item. Seller was quick to respond with an offer and we came to a fair price. Highly recommend the shop!

  Quick shipping and fantastic packaging even within the bag with the wires were nicely wrapped. Exactly as described and the value is great! Was looking for a portable dvd player but all the current ones sold were unknown brands so I’m so happy for getting a Sony and one that came with the remote.
