  This New iPhone cord seems to be a good quality . Happy that is fits the cellphone. Packaged well. Looks like the picture also received the one I ordered. Definitely worth the cost. Sent the seller messages and questions and they answered me and fixed the issue. So yes this is a trustworthy seller!

  Extremely disappointing experience. I clearly messaged the seller that I had an international flight on the night of July 12 and needed the item urgently. They never responded or acknowledged my message. The item wasn’t even processed by USPS until July 10—way too late. Now it’s useless to me. Seller showed no concern, no communication, and no professionalism. Avoid this seller if you expect even the slightest level of responsibility or customer service.

  Items as described and reasonable shipping time although the packaging could be better. Don't like that sellers just throw things in a bag and ship with no protection.. Excellent seller communication though. Would buy from again. A+

  Item was shipped within 24 hours after placing order on Ebay. Took USPS 9 days to find my address after sending item to 12 different distribution centers across the Eastern and Northern United States. Item was package and address perfectly. Was NOT the sellers fault for the delayed delivery. Seller offered to ship another one once we observed the package was taking the scenic route across the Eastern United States. Seller was apologetic for the delay of item but was nothing they did wrong.

  Great quality sunglasses for the price that look good! Even comes with hard shell case! At first there was a mishap with the postage but rest assured, Once I contacted them, they were quick to apologize and understood the issue and they reissued me the sunglasses. Great Customer Service! Thank you again!

  First package that was delivered appeared tampered and only 1/3 units were inside the package. But, the seller quickly resolved the issue and mailed to me the missing 2/3 units which I greatly appreciate.
