  The bike was received partially disassembled, as the seller stated it would be. The packaging was excellent! The bike was clean and as described. My previous GIANT bike was destroyed in a rear-end impact and I searched a long time finding another one. This one rides smooth and I have had no issues with it. "Thank you" to the seller!

  Item and shipping were fine but not new as described. box had been opened and :2 staples were missing. Still they still work fine and 2 staples out of 200 I can live with.
