I was a little worried when the box/tape was undone due to shipping but the wheel was covered in plastic to protect the lip and the cardboard box had a second layer so everything was just fine. I sent a message to the seller with a picture of the damaged part. They sent me a new part and I received it 2 days later. GREAT SELLER! I highly recommend !!!

I must add it was the worst packing I've seen in a long time but all the parts were inside a bag so nothing seemed to be lost during shipping. Looked like a third grader wrapped this one up. I don't think the shippers did this as part of the box was missing. Maybe. All is good.
