    Quality is as expected; Condition is as listed New. Very good value for the money. Has excellent appearance. A little slow moving around nearly every state before leaving the country of origin. Package well and dispatched on time. Communication 10/10 on time thank you very much highly recommend this seller.

    The product took a while to arrive, and the packaging was slightly damaged. There was also a small scratch on the item. However, the seller was very responsive and offered a full refund or a discount if I chose to keep it. I opted to keep the item, and overall, I’m satisfied with the experience. Would recommend this seller for their excellent customer service.

    Beware of required signature for delivery. They ship USPS which is not very desirable but even worse they require a signature. If i had known that ahead of time I would have either found a different seller or used a different address. My local USPS is horrible to deal with. That said product was a good price and was as advertised. They did place it in the mail quickly but I would encourage them to be more upfront on products that require signatures or offer the ability to make changes.

    Product as described, though shipping container was a dubious choice given that we want our brake rotors to arrive straight. A flat-pack paperboard envelope was a bold move, but we were lucky in this case; no bending of my rotor.

    The quality, price, and shipping were good. One issue is that I received the wrong length the first time. I sent the chain back and when I got a refund the amount did not include the taxes I paid. I did send a note to that describing the oversight but did not receive a response or a refund on the tax. I know it's a small amount and hopefully just an oversight and not a regular policy.

    USPS in their infinite wisdom decide to reject my package from being delivered to my address. Was unable to get redirected back to me after it was rejected. spoke with Seller and informed the situation. Processed refund. Awesome Seller! Thank you!
