    The shipping was on the next day. Super fast! The seller is SO Sweet that she even wraps the box with an special plastic bag. She also added a present for my little girl! 😍 The product is exactly as it was shown on the pictures, it was completely new and with all the accesories included. The price was according to the value of the product. The seller answered my all doubts very, very patiently. I would definitely buy more products from her. Than you and congratulations!!

    I purchased this alabaster trinket box. The seller contacted me to let me know that there were some problems with the box so we agreed to cancel the sale. The seller made everything easy to get my money back. I really appreciated the extra effort the seller made to go over the condition of the box and then give me the opportunity to change my mind. The item was never shipped and I didn't have to make the effort to return something that did not meet my expectations. I recommend this seller.

    My vase arrived today and I was so pleased! It arrived quickly, it was packed with the utmost of care!!It was exactly as described. I am excited to put this with myother Fenton piece. Thank you so much for your excellent communication and salesmanship. Thank you too for accepting my offer. I had been on the fence as this is not a necessity but a treat. I would be happy to buy again!
