    The cups and saucers are so beautiful. They look brand new!!! Great quality! And the packaging was beautiful too, as the contents were very neatly and securely wrapped and arranged.     A smooth transaction in a timely manner, with fair item and shipping costs, and arrived in perfect condition, due to diligent packaging by the Seller...every little detail covered. The pictures posted accurately described the beautiful Fitz and Floyd fragile, unique mugs. I love the mugs, as it will complement other items in the collection. I highly recommend this Seller. A+++

    Seller completely refused to communicate at any point during the transaction. I had questions and they ignored me repeatedly, for days. I asked about an additional photo, and now see why they would not provide one - the figurine has a dent in her face that was not visible in the listing, and the photo I requested would have shown that. After I paid, refused to answer my questions about shipping, timing, options. Very unprofessional. Unpleasant experience. I would not deal with this seller again.
