  POOR COMMUNICATION. ZERO RESPONSE to multiple messages. DELAYED SHIPPING. Mailed a week after payment - on the day it was scheduled to be RECEIVED. Item is acceptable but not as long as described. Really disappointed by this seller.

  I ordered this on Oct. 27th and although I never received a tracking number, the website said I should expect it by Nov. 5th. It had not arrived by Nov. 8th, so i contacted the seller, trackie 2, and was told on the 9th that the shipping label had just then been printed. I got my refund right away but the inaction of the seller for 13 days until I complained is completely unacceptable.
