  Although the seller gave me a bit of a scare by not responding to my first few messages, I received all the reassurance I needed when they followed up with an apology for having been unwell. After that, the experience was great. The instrument arrived within the scheduled timeframe & is in beautiful condition. The addition of multiple wands & a branded carrying bag are really nice touches. If you're in the States, be prepared to wait for shipping, but I can attest that it's worth the wait.

  Delivery was an issue, but finally it arrived However no bow was in the package, still waiting to hear from the seller. The rods were bent, so have straightened them, packaging could be better. It plays ok, just got to get some deionised water as recommended. The package smells of smoke, which is a bit off putting for a non smoker. It looks the part, and overall l am happy, just need the bow now

  this was a very easy transaction, the instrument arrived way earlier than expected, it's beautifully crafted, and was packaged immaculately. I would recommend this seller to anyone!
