  Fast delivery!! Great packaging!! I received everything as described!! Shipping was a bit pricey, considering I bought two separate items in the same delivery. I asked seller if I was going to have a refund in shipping cost, but I didn’t. Other than that, products were excellent.

  The item arrived quickly and was in good condition. However, the description was misleading. The bag was advertised as compatible with Series 8 machines, but it is an extremely tight fit for the Bernina 880 Plus and does not adequate accommodate the machine. Additionally, there is a specific way the machine must be positioned in the bag to avoid damage—information that was not provided. Unfortunately, I only learned this after the thread cover was marked. I contacted the seller, they ignored me.
