Rather than waiting for a response they made the product and sent it out immediately. Incorrect items arrived, I raised this issue and they told me to submit a return. I submitted a return and now they are getting snippy in messages & changing the terms to fit their needs Great products. Poor communication. Poor customer service. We can only wait a certain amount of time for poor customer communication before we simply MUST ship an item. We explained this to the customer and offered them a refund, but some seem to enjoy messing with business reputation even when the error is theirs.
