I contacted them and they promptly sent the correct size that same day. Their customer service was excellent. While browsing their site, I found the Penn Tidal XT 8000 reels at the lowest price online, so I decided to purchase them from their website as well. The delivery was very prompt, and I received them today. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely keep this
