  The shipping was fast wasn’t packed very well though. The item stated new and sealed but,seal looked like it had been opened. Price I paid was for new unopened item. Hopefully all is good inside as, it is a gift. Thanks

  Shipped in a reasonable amount of time and arrived new as listed. Seller used stock product images that show the PC with 2 sticks of RAM, but my PC came with only one stick of RAM in it, otherwise, the components are properly listed. Overall good value for the price.

  Seller lied about the reason for cancellation. There is nothing wrong with our business shipping address. We receive all our orders daily. This product was end of life from Dell in July of 2025. SELLER simply did not have this item in stock as they drop ship it or are performing arbitrage. No reason to lie just because you cannot honor your auction due to no stock. Avoid this seller at all costs.
