  Very pleased with this item. Well packed and just as described. Royal Mail messed up delivery, why package was originally sent to Scotland I don't know, but that was not the fault of the seller.

  They sent the wrong item, offered no apology but just referred me to eBay to arrange a return myself. It was a heavy item that I had to repack and carry down to the Post Office. I never got a reply to my further messages asking whether they were in the process of sending the correct item. I have been informed by eBay that I will receive a refund but have had no further correspondence from the company. Terrible customer service, would not use them again.
