  A great business to buy from. They were communicative and understanding with all of the questions I had before purchasing the product. The product itself was better than described and came with everything as described in the post. They are also a responsible business taking it upon themselves to make sure they do good by the customer. Packaging was acceptable with generous amounts of packing peanuts and bubble wrap, although I would have liked to see a screen protecting film or anti-static wrap

  The laptop arrived rather quickly and mostly as described. There were some additional, unexpected discrepancies with the cosmetic condition of the laptop but nothing too crazy or that would have caused me to return it. It was packaged well enough to where it wasn't damaged during shipping. The price was a bit more than I was prepared to pay but, the item look good enough to pay the extra money. I would recommend this seller to anyone, thank you.

  Shipped quickly (got here two days before estimated time), packed very well, item was valued well and showed up exactly as described in the posting. Last time I tried to buy an Xbox Series S on EBay I had a horrible experience, so it was nice to go from that to this phenomenal seller. Would strongly recommend buying from this seller.

  Good seller. He had responded back with all the questions I had about the device. When it came, it was packaged well, and the console still had a charge in it. So, I was able to test it out, and every button work besides one . The appearance was just like in the description with the scratches being on screen. One thing I don’t like though is that when I was looking at the screws on the shell, they were dirty, and I don’t know if the screws are still there or not. It was also shipped very fast.
