    The product is exactly as described, high quality product, very well priced and was sent very quickly. when delivered it was damaged, in my opinion by the courier, upon being informed the seller could not have dealt with the situation any better, whatsoever, they immediately ordered a replacement unit and communicated constantly informing me of the progress along the way. I received the replacement unit which is perfect. I cannot recommend this seller highly enough they are brilliant. AAAA+++++

    Although I have not receive my purchase, because the post (Amazon) left my item in a wrong address and even did not upload a photo for me!at least I find it by the photo, and the post never take the responsibility, BUT the owner is very nice, responsible and respectful, he responded me on time and politely. Also, refund my money immediately. I have never seen such a customer service ever!! Huge thanks. I am very satisfied with their professional service. Many thanks.

    Looks good, arrived in good condition, well packaged and s good price. A good small kettle, boiled the watquickly and would you believe it, this might be the quietest kettle we've ever had. Don't know how long it will last, but for this price, if it last two years, that will be OK. Another thing to add, yhis was ordered on 30th of April it was delivered the next day. A good ebayer to buy from.

    Pan arrived damaged due to packing. The seller soon responded and sent a replacement in a cardboard box and it arrived safely. Brilliant seller and great product. A++++++

    Good quality item for price well packaged there was a lot of messing about from delivery company saying that it was out for delivery then cancelling good service from seller but I would not buy from seller again if it involved same delivery company.
