    The item was shipped the day that I bought it, it had been less than an hour since I purchased it and when the shipping label was created. The seller was very communicative and the packaging for the item was great. Even though the item wasn't as described, when I brought up the issue with the seller I immediately got a refund. I will buy from them again!

    Seller was very accommodating, we quickly agreed on a good price for the item. It was shipped immediately and arrived earlier than the estimated date. Packed in bubblewrap and cardboard, it was undamaged. It looks exactly like the photos and works great! Will definitely buy from this seller again

    Good seller. Good customer care. Unit shipped quickly and arrived on time. Sadly unit did not work properly , was very well packaged in original packaging. Seller responded to my message that unit didn’t work properly. They were very accommodating and we came to a fair settlement quickly. Would buy from them again.

    Ordered on April 6 and received my within 8 days. My kindle was packaged well and took me a couple of minutes to get it out of the bubble wrap. My paperwhite is preforming exactly as the seller described. For this paperwhite being such an older model I was very pleased with the price. I was surprised that I could find one that is functional. Will definitely check this seller when I need another product.
