    I am very satisfied with the quality of service and communication from the seller. Postage was included free by the seller resulting in very good value. The packaging was very good and I received the books as described in the seller's description. The only issue I ran into was with the courier & their delivery collection point. This issue was nothing to do with the seller, however, the prompt support provided by the seller helped to resolve the issue quickly. AMAZING - THANK YOU!.

    I had great interactions with this seller. The product I received wasn’t complete but this seemed to be an oversight. I arranged a return in conversation with the seller and everything went smoothly. Great communication even in a slightly difficult conversation and very open to making things right with me as a buyer. I would use this seller again due to their customer service.

    Many thanks and full top marks for an excellent seller. What a bargain, :-) However, dissipate the wonderful packaging from the seller, the courier still managed to cause some damage. The seller responded very quickly and positively to resolve this situation. I would say the seller went way beyond what was expected, and for this reason alone, i can’t recommended them highly enough. Absolut pleasure to have traded with you
