  excellent product, tho when i've purchased from OTHER shoppes, there was ALWAYS something off about those purchases (delayed shipments, late arrivals, broken seals, clumpy contents), but Sell2U.Now had TOP NOTCH items, arriving ahead of time & in terrific condition, appearing exactly as listed, and fairly priced. hope to return. thank you!

  I understand that the seller can't control what the post office does with a package but they can inquire about its status and why it's not moving, when the buyer points out that the package hasnt moved.. They can also communicate with the buyer but this isn't happening either. Package is past due and hasn't left the original post office since it was scanned.

  We replied to you yesterday including providing tracking information. Your delivery window was out to June 30th so today would be one day late. Tracking scans show the parcel left our local PO facility. It's in route. There’s bad weather across the country causing delays. Rather than wait 2-3 days as we suggested, the buyer preferred to quickly leave negative feedback and open a case. Our 100% + feedback reflects our commitment to customer service, especially where the buyer works with us.
