  Complained to the seller that bag was smaller than stated in the listing & far smaller than the photos implied, also letter on bag meant to be purple but is actually blue (see photos I sent to seller - attached), I was offered a 50% refund for a positive review. Having waited for an age for this refund to arrive, I messaged to complain again. I then received a *full* refund (which arrived within 24 hours), in exchange for a positive review. Neutral is best I can offer.
