  Answers questions promptly . Item is as described and is the same as the picture that is shown. Shipping seemed to take a little longer than I expected, but when I reached out they answered my email with a time frame and ensured my item would ship soon and that it was the exact item as shown in the picture. Even took the time to send me a picture of the item they were going to ship. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and answering questions . Will purchase from again!

  Very professional and very responsive seller. The items arrived sooner than expected and they were very cooperative when I had an issue with ups not delivering the whole order, they kept chekcing what’s missing and how I will get it back.   Unfortunately, the tube shown in the description...was not what I received. They said the items were the same but repackaged..However, I learned of this after the product was delivered and made my offer to not return the items...because I thought what was shown in the photo was what i was receiving. I explained before I finalized my purchase that this was what the exact tube my dermatologist sold in her office but I had ample samples but was about to run out...I took a chance..but maybe shoudnt
