  A+++ Seller. Would buy again. Remote arrived super quick - the first day of the five day shipping estimate quoted. Exactly as described. However, I am disappointed in the packaging. All that protected the remote was a plastic sleeve inside another plastic sleeve inside a plastic shipping envelope (see picture). Still it arrived undamaged and in perfect working order, so maybe the seller knows more about shipping than me.

  Upon leaving a negative review for the wrong item I received the seller reached out to me and promptly issued me a refund. So I have now changed my review from negative to positive solely based on their exceptional customer service and their quick approach to meet their customer satisfaction with a speedy resolution. I would purchase from this seller based on my experience. I do hope they do better with quality control during the shipping process so that the correct item gets shipped.

  PROS: This item was delivered faster than the estimated delivery date(+). It's brand new(+). It's well packed(+). It's delivered directly to my front door instead of the mailbox(+). The delivery notification to my email right away(+) CONS(OK but NOT great): Unlike the Original Remote Control with a High Quality METAL face panel, and heavier. This one is a cheap, 100% thin plastic Knock-Off. SUMMARY: An Okay product. Somehow, a bit disappointed. Still, a G8t eBay Seller!
