Actually it was just like a new one and my wife loved it as it was her Christmas present from me! Although I’m not happy with Fed-ex, the package was clearly marked fragile and it arrived beat up and had a whole in the side which scuffed up the hose attachment section of one of the vaccum attachments! Otherwise Very pleased with the seller!
