    The laptop was exactly as described and given it’s had some use, it’s in very good condition. The seller could not have been more helpful in supplying the computer, responding to messages and arranging super fast delivery. All round excellent service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this seller and hope to do business with them in the future.

    Arrived in great condition and really well packed. I’ve purchased multiple items from this seller over the years and the service and quality is always good. Lots of networking kit arrives as if it’s been through a war zone, the kit from WeCollect is always in great condition.

    Item delivered very quickly and packaging was excellent. Product is in great condition externally and appears to function well. (I use the word "appears" only because I am learning how to use Windows 11 after many, many yrs on 10) Accompanied by an email which guides the set up and transfer from old to new. As I am new to Windows 11, still getting used to different screen and location of bits and pieces, but so far very impressed with service and product.

    The best seller that I have dealt with on Ebay (or anywhere else!). The laptop was superbly packed and delivered in less than 24 hours. Fantastic value for money and great merchant - why go anywhere else?
