  Seller was very kind and attentive in letting me know when the game would ship and gave me a tracking number within a couple days. The item itself was still sealed and in mint condition as if straight from the publisher. I thought it was a fair price considering others had this listed above MSRP. The game was shrink wrapped and all cards/tokens were still in their original packaging!

  Seller reached out to me to apologize and informed me their system crashed and were very apologetic about me not getting my item. They made the situation correct and I made another purchase from them. I have received that item on time and quickly with great communication this time. I received the new Item and it is exactly as described.Thank you for fixing this situation.

  Received an empty package, shipper did not completely seal envelope. Went through customer service and said I needed to open a claim with shipper (USPS), yeah can't file a claim when seller does not get the free insurance. My opinion is DO NOT do business with this seller, save yourself the hassle and lost money.

  This was a collectors item that needed the box for any value. They shipped it in an unpadded envelope and it arrived crushed. When I tried to communicate with the seller, crickets. They didn’t respond at all. Finally, eBay had to step in. Not a good feeling.
