    Shipping was as expected, though I got 2 items with a combined shipping cost less. Seller gave no refund, packaging excellent and item as described. I did not realize it did not come without base for gold wire to hold the ornament, odd. not seller’s fault. I looked it up, found product itself sells it separately. The price little high for item as they sell less but I needed it for an event, had to spend. Timing is everything. Next time I’ll be patient.

    I absolutely love this piece. The detail is amazing. I will have to change some of my decor around to find the best spot. The packing was meticulous and it was shipped so quickly! This piece from Anne Stokes was just as described and was a fantastic price for the piece. This seller was very quick to respond and a pleasure to work with.
