    Item NOT as described. Sent totally different colored item that was used, not new as stated and had zero inclusions as stated. Horrible communication, says will refund ,never does. Zero urgency to resolve sending me an item I didn't order and exchanging it for what I ordered. I dislike leaving negative feedback, but I've messaged repeatedly to get only one reply and get what I ordered and paid for with no response. A lousy way to do business. Zero stars
