    This seller not only fixed a broken string, but also included a gig bag no extra charge. If you don't mine open box or used stock, you can save $$$ Beware!!!! Closely look at the pictures for issues you cannot fix or affects play-ability. Also... 1.) Using photos, check (thru tone hole) the label model matches the listing model. 2.) The 1st pic may be a stock photo and remaining pics are of the actual item. But you should do this for all Ebay purchases. Quick ship, no issues. Thx!!

    The item has arrived . Im Very Happy with the Item . My only issue was the Postage , Tax , & Uk Customs charges which in total , amounted to almost the same Cost as the Item ! (Ouch ) ! However , I cannot fault the seller for this , as they are in USA & I am in Scotland . I have No hesitation at all , in recommending the seller . I'm Still very Happy .

    I was skeptical about buying an instrument without trying it first, but I’m thrilled that the pipa arrived in excellent condition and sounds ab beautiful. The shipping was fast, but when I saw the delivery at my door, my heart sank a little because the shipping box was dented. Fortunately, the instrument was safely inside a protective case, and it wasn’t damaged. I would suggest the seller consider adding "fragile" stickers or more packing materials inside the box to prevent any future issues.
