  I received my purchased item in a fast and timely manner. The communication from the seller was personal, warm, and informational. I was very pleased with the shipping packaging, I received my item in perfect condition. The item was as advertised, new and with excellent quality. The price was an excellent value, and the appearance of the fountain pen I'd ordered was better than the pictures.   Great communication from seller setting expectations on when the pen would ship and updating me when item was about to ship. Once they had the pen delivered from the manufacturer (Pilot) it was shipped to me immediately using fast international shipping to California and I received the pen in 4 days. Authentic brand new Pilot Custom Heritage 912 pen. I’m very happy with this seller and this transaction. Highly recommended

  The pen is brand new and it is well well worth it for the price. Good quality pen. Delivery was delayed due to golden weeks. However, once shipped the item came in very fast. Communication with seller was fast and responsive. Highly recommend seller.

  Service was good with good communication. Only issues was that it took 15 days for my order to be shipped but once it was it arrived in 3 days and I was told when asked that the pen came with a converter which it did not. I was told then that it did not come with one from the manufacturer. Overall experience was good.
