  The item was exactly as described. I'm very happy with the purchase. The only downside is I paid $25.00 for shipping and it needed a signature, which was fine, but I cooled my keys at home all day on Saturday,c the scheduled delivery date, and it didn't arrive until Sunday. The vendor should ask for their money back.

  I had a wonderful experience dealing with the seller. They were very responsive, and when I mentioned a that the battery was overheating, they immediately presented me with options, along with the option of returning the item. They went above and beyond and ordered a new charger for no extra cost. They know how to treat their customers right. Highly recommend.
