  Item arrived 10 days late, packaged carelessly in a flimsy plastic mailer that ripped open in transit. When tracking stalled, the seller just repeated info I already had and said it was “in USPS’s hands.” I asked them to open a missing mail search or offer a refund/replacement — they ignored me. Poor packaging, long delay, and no responsibility. Would not recommend this seller.

  My item was shipped FexEx, but they transferred it to USPS which caused delays and the seller didn't know why. Seller kept me informed and was very helpful.

  This was a very smooth and pleasant transaction. The 1930's Fenton vase was exactly as described. It is one of my favorite pieces. The vase was well packaged and promptly shipped. I highly recommend this Seller AAA+. Thank you!
