  I was sent the wrong item, and the seller did not take proactive steps to resolve the mistake. They kept saying they were working on it, but it has been 3 weeks and there hasn't been any progress despite multiple follow-ups on my end. The seller held out until the last day to issue the refund as well. Very poor experience. I hope this is just a one-off and wish the best to any future buyers.
