    Bought a MacBook M1 Pro from Waterford Technologies—great value and exactly as described, with minor dents and screen damage I was fine with. After some use, the screen stopped working. I reached out and had an amazing experience with their support team. They guided me through the return, got it repaired quickly, and shipped it back well-packaged and fully working. Shipping was fast, packaging secure, and the whole process was smooth. Super impressed with the service!

    Great communication, the web cam isn't functioning and they messaged me after purchase to make sure I was aware. I even got a message the day it got mailed out. Shipping was very fast and ive necer seen the kind of bubble wrap they used. Its like a thick inflatable pouch. Very nice product. I don't even think some of these accessories were listed. Better than described. Great value. I seriously couldn't be happier. Probably the best Ebay experience I've ever had. 10/10 would buy from them again.
